This document was encoded within the scope of the project "The School of Salamanca. A Digital Collection of Sources and a Dictionary of its Juridical-Political Language" of the Akademie der Wissenschaften und der Literatur, Mainz. Besides creating a dictionary, the project aims at a freely available and easily accessible collection of important texts from the discoursive context of the so called "School of Salamanca", which are being digitized for this purpose (usually in the form of their initial edition). A critical revision, or a recourse to manuscript templates, for instance, has been refrained from.
